The race is on for ramp agent Jimmy to unload passenger bags after a heavy landing leaves hundreds of pieces of luggage blocking the doors to the hold door, and duty mManager Nathan has his hands full escorting pop singer Sinitta, who is at Leeds Bradford to surprise a couple of passengers.
